Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, Aloha Beauty & Brows enforces the following cancellation and late arrival policies:
Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the reserved service(s).
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated, depending on schedule availability. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Payment & Card on File:
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
